Resting Heart Rate and Exercise Heart Rate of Adult Men Smokers and Non-smokers: A Comparative Study

The purpose of the present study was to compare resting heart rate and exercise efficiency smokers non-smokers. In conducted researcher taken Fifty (n=50) subjects, each twenty five (25) non-smokers from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, between age group 18–25 years. To know difference Resting Heart Rate Exercise non-smokers, selected following two cardio respiratory parameters (RHR) (EHR). Mean, Standard Deviation, ‘t’-test were employed for statistical analysis. level significance set at 0.05 (p ≤ 0.05). There a significant in (EHR), Thus, we concluded that are good compared group.
